COVID-19 Testing

The Spotswood Wellness Center is now offering COVID-19 PCR and Rapid Testing for our patients through our partnership with The Kaga Institute.

Instructions

  • You must complete the registration form before your arrival.
  • Send an email to [email protected] with
    • the front and back of your photo id
    • the front and back of your medical insurance card

Appointment

You do not need an appointment. Please come in during our regular business hours.

* There is no charge from the Spotswood Wellness Center for the non-rapid PCR test. We send your swab to a lab along with your medical insurance information. Depending on the insurance and government funding, the lab may send you a bill in the mail. Your medical insurance will be billed for the testing to be done.

Upon Arrival

Please wear a mask and socially distance as much as possible (in your car, the parking lot, and inside the building) to protect yourself, our staff, and fellow customers. Enter through the Spotswood Pharmacy entrance and immediately turn left to sign in with our receptionist.

Results

Results from the PCR test will usually arrive within 2-4 business days via email. If you do not receive your results within that time, please reach out to [email protected].

The results of your Rapid test are usually available within 30 minutes from the time you take the test. We will call you.

Covid-19 Off-site Testing Conveniently Brought to You

Don’t have the time to leave the office? Do you want to ensure the health of your staff during these unprecedented times? Keep your workplace safe with onsite Covid-19 testing. Here at the Spotswood Wellness Center we offer off-site testing to all companies including warehouses, schools, offices, restaurants, daycares and much more. By coming to you, we reduce exposure by those already infected, streamline the registration process, avoiding the hassle of making appointments and travel. This service is an extension of our testing done under the supervision of our medical director, Dr. Kaga.
